🪖 NAF Crash Victims Unrecovered 24 Hours On in Ondo Recovery efforts remain stalled more than 24 hours after a Nigerian Air Force aircraft crashed in Igbokoda, headquarters of Ilaje Local Government Area, Ondo State. The aircraft plunged to the bottom of a river in a swampy, inaccessible area. An Ondo State government official said local divers have yet to properly locate the wreckage due to the nature of the crash site. Emergency responders and the Commissioner of Police confirmed the difficult terrain is hampering both the retrieval of the wreckage and the recovery of victims' bodies. Source
