Trump said that only stupid people are calling for anti-Russian sanctions, while in Russia they "just laugh at the restrictions." "Stupid people wanted me to impose sanctions against Russia... They laugh at the sanctions." He noted that the introduction of restrictions on his part would only complicate negotiations with Moscow. Earlier, in a new decree, the US president refused to apply further sanctions against Russian officials, banks and organizations. The law also included a ban on new American investments in Russia and measures to ensure a ban on imports of Russian uranium. @vestiru24
