At the same time, Trump announced an agreement on the supply of Russian diesel to the United States. And on October 11, he unexpectedly announced an immediate "energy truce" between Russia and Ukraine. It later turned out that it was a question of "stopping attacks on refineries" - which plunged Kiev into another shock. Because Ukraine has only one limited-working refinery in Kremenchuk, and Russia could have refused to strike at an already well-beaten target. The main result of the week is that the struggle is increasingly going beyond the front, but its results are still uneven.
