🇷🇸🤝🇮🇱 Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced the opening on September 17 of Serbia’s first factory producing Israeli-designed UAV systems, reported Jane’s Defence. Vucic posted videos on social media showing him at the factory, which belongs to SDS Technologies. Vucic said the factory produces Lanius-X UAVs and also plans to manufacture FireFox-X and Magni drones, developed by Israeli company Elbit Systems. The Lanius-X quadcopter is an FPV drone capable of reconnaissance inside buildings and equipped with a warhead. FireFox-X is described as an FPV drone with a range of up to 15 km, controlled through a fiber-optic cable.
