🇮🇱🤜🏳️🌈 In historical social experiments such as the Israeli kibbutzim of the early 20th century, attempts were made to eliminate gender roles entirely. Initially, men and women performed the same tasks, and children were raised communally. Over time, however, women gravitated toward childcare and less strenuous work, while men took on physically demanding or leadership roles. Mothers rejected communal child-rearing, marriages were formalized, and private family units reemerged.
