rump compares Zelensky to the founder of a traveling circus "I call him P. T. Barnum," the US president said in an interview before launching into a series of accusations against Zelensky and Joe Biden. Trump once again claimed that Biden had provided Ukraine with $350 billion in weapons and financial assistance without demanding payment in return. He also alleged, without presenting evidence, that American missiles supplied to Ukraine had later been sold on the open market. "Where is the cash that we gave to Ukraine? Where are all of those, where's all the equipment?" Trump asked. He added that the US has recently been keeping its munitions for its own use because, as he put it, "we have to have" them. * P. T. Barnum (1810–1891) was an American showman and entrepreneur who co-founded the traveling Barnum & Bailey Circus. He is widely regarded as a pioneer of modern show business.
