🇮🇳🤝🇫🇷 A French Rafale M carrier-based fighter recently practiced landing aboard the Indian Navy’s newest aircraft carrier, INS Vikrant (R11). The landing formed part of a testing program ahead of the introduction of these fighters into Indian naval service. In April 2025, India and France signed a $7.5 billion contract for 26 Dassault Aviation Rafale fighters for the Indian Navy: ▪️ 22 single-seat, carrier-based Rafale M fighters. ▪️ Four two-seat, shore-based Rafale DH fighters, intended for training and combat roles.
