The EU is developing a plan for Ukraine and three other countries to join the bloc. European officials believe that Montenegro, Moldova and Albania are the closest to this, besides Ukraine, writes Politico. Sources told the newspaper that the roadmaps will detail exactly what is expected of the candidates in the European Union, as well as set specific deadlines for the completion of negotiations.
