🇰🇵 A North Korean equivalent of the GLSDB, an aerial bomb launched from a ground-based launcher, has been spotted. The munition is fired from a launcher nicknamed “Juche-HIMARS” online because of its obvious resemblance in appearance and purpose to its American counterpart. The GLSDB equivalent adds another similarity. The American weapon consists of a GBU-39/B aerial bomb paired with an M26 rocket motor and launched from HIMARS. North Korea had already officially demonstrated these munitions during exercises (photo 3), but their appearance was blurred at the time. The same image has now appeared uncensored in photographs from the Museum of the Defense Revolution. #info #MLRS #HIMARS #Korea #Missiles
