The clear objective is to "set up" [discredit] the officials who have begun asking tough questions about REAL EFFECTIVENESS, and to derail the initiatives currently being implemented by the Russian MoD to uncover and resolve these long-standing problems. In this context, it is crucial that the leadership (and their staff)—who have initiated these necessary, long-overdue, and often "surgical" measures—have the capacity to closely monitor the ENTIRE "chain" of implementation. This is essential for immediately identifying and crushing the 🐀🐀 who are engaging in sabotage.
