Fwd from @ 📝Stop, this is not my choice!📝 On the subject of "integration" The video is a bitter illustration of the difference between political slogans and reality. A French woman tries to stop a store riot with words about how she supported the newcomers. However, political sympathies are not a safe conduct, and compassion does not provide immunity from robbery. The most convenient thing about the slogan "they will definitely integrate" is the ability to avoid explaining how exactly this will happen. As if it's enough to cross a border, get documents — and respect for laws, the rights of others and local customs will establish themselves automatically. Instead of that very "integration", newcomers create their own communities where they reject local rules and impose their own. It's convenient for authorities not to notice this. And knowledge of the language itself doesn't solve anything: it can be used both to communicate with neighbors and to explain to them why they now have to live by foreign demands. Then these same communities elect politicians from their own ranks, voting for "their own". Whose interests such a "servant of the people" will represent is clear to the naked eye. ❗️The woman is not obliged to be happy that the attack didn't end even worse. She has the right to demand safety — regardless of who she voted for. But politicians promising trouble-free integration should finally explain who is responsible for the result when beautiful promises end up at a smashed storefront. #protests #France 👁@evropar — on the threshold of Europe's death 💸 Support us Original msg
