🇰🇵 According to North Korean media, on September 20 the DPRK’s Missile Administration “successfully tested the latest weaponry of crucial importance to the development of weapons systems technology.” The test involved the Hwasongpho-11Ma-1 missile system, a new modification of the already known Hwasongpho-11Ma. This therefore represents another stage in the development of the hypersonic missile weapons program. The program has progressed from various experimental missiles to several models entering service, with some even participating in exercises in 2026.
