🇷🇺 An interesting approach to converting 82-mm Alazan ("Алазань") anti-hail rockets (yes, those exist) into guided variants, at a planned price of 1 million rubles each. In this configuration, the missile would most likely serve as a lightweight surface-to-air missile for engaging enemy drones, since there is simply no need for a strike weapon of this caliber. This is more expensive than the TKB-1055 Gvozd (ТКБ-1055 Гвоздь”) anti-drone missiles for Pantsir, but much cheaper than its 9M335 missiles or the 9M338K used by Tor systems. Alazan rockets are still manufactured in several variants with ranges of up to 10 km and altitudes of up to 8 km.
