🟡 The European Central Bank (ECB) has launched a new service called Pontes, connecting its payment system with financial markets via blockchain. The ECB announced it is investing some of its own funds in digital securities. Pontes allows banks and investors to conduct euro-based blockchain transactions backed by the ECB, not stablecoins or private money.
