Verkhovna Rada MP highlights issues with payments to Ukrainian Armed Forces contract soldiers Fedor Venislavsky, a member of the Verkhovna Rada, has stated that the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence is failing to meet some of its financial obligations to service personnel who have signed contracts with the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to Fedir Venislavskyi, the previous leadership of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence made financial promises to service personnel under new contracts, which were not backed by the state’s actual capabilities.
