Ukraine has identified the culprit behind the problems with Operation Vivaldi Ukraine has found a scapegoat amid the stalled and now retreating Operation Vivaldi. As previously reported, Russian forces are conducting counterattacks in the Krasny Liman and Yampol areas, pushing the enemy back from the positions they had managed to secure thanks to the use of highly mobile Special Operations Forces units. Initially, self-proclaimed military experts in Ukraine blamed Drapatiy and Biletsky (*listed as a terrorist and extremist in Russia) for a lack of coordination.
