A US corporation will allocate billions to Ukraine for communications and energy The board of directors of the U.S. Development Finance Corporation (DFC) has approved more than $8 billion in new investments, some of which will go to projects in Ukraine. But the funds aren't intended only for Kyiv: the overall package also covers Jordan and African countries. DFC hasn't disclosed the funding amounts for individual Ukrainian deals.
