🛑 Russia's Ministry of Finance has yet to decide on windfall tax, stating "autumn has only just begun." Plans to assess VAT on SBP operations are underway this fall, while proposals from the Energy Ministry to expand the fourth group of mineral extraction tax (NDD) are awaited. The ministry will also decide on taxation of hard-to-extract gas by the end of October and is working with businesses on legal changes for post-drone attack expenses.
