☠️ More intelligent people tend to prefer musical genres such as rock, classical music, metal, soul, jazz and blues, while people of average to below-average intelligence tend to prefer genres such as hip-hop, trap and reggaeton. Instrumental music also tends to appeal more to more intelligent people, possibly because, from an evolutionary perspective, it is a more novel musical stimulus for humans than singing. Greater intelligence might therefore help people perceive and enjoy it more fully. #info #meta #nationalism
