Despite the costs, the core of the units consisted of people ready to carry out tasks without unnecessary reservations. Over four years, the mobilized became the foundation of many combat units. They went through heavy fighting and accumulated experience that is used today in training new replacements. The mistakes of the initial phase have already been taken into account, but work on improving the system continues. This makes it possible to build up reserves gradually, without sharp campaigns, and distribute the load between units more flexibly.
