African sources report that Rosoboronexport has offered Egypt the TKB-1167 Bizon ("Бизон") counter-drone system, the export version of the Zubr ("Зубр"). The incident in Damietta is being cited as a selling point: on July 29, 2026, a drone strike caused fires at a floating storage facility and a regasification unit in the port. Notably, the TKB-1167 was unveiled at the El Alamein International Airshow 2026. The TKB-1167 Bizon consists of four 7.62 mm PKT machine guns. It can track targets automatically using a machine vision module and is equipped with a thermal imaging camera.
